Recently, we have received information that there has been a case where a person claiming to be an EDION representative has been trying to elicit personal information such as credit card numbers and PIN numbers from customers in a deceptive manner, saying, "We are contacting you about a fraudulent purchase made with your card, and the police will contact you later.”

We do not make such calls. Please be careful not to give any information such as credit card number or personal identification number even if you receive a call from a person who claims to be our employee.

If you receive such a phone call or visit, please contact the nearest police station immediately and consult with us.
