エディオングループは、事業活動にとどまらず、環境保全や社会貢献なども軸にしたサステナビリティ経営をグループ全社で横断的に推進するため、2022年6月に「サステナビリティ推進委員会」を設置しました。同委員会は代表取締役会長執行役員が委員長となり、サステナビリティ推進に関わる重要な方針や施策、取り組みなどについて審議し、適宜、取締役会に報告しています。取締役会では、サステナビリティ推進委員会で審議された内容について報告を受け、重要事項については必要に応じて取締役会で審議するなど、管理・監督を行います。
