Five years have passed since joining. Please tell us why it went well.


Manager : Before joining, I wanted to do some kind of loyalty card, and with the introduction of the card, my main aim was to be able to increase the number of young people, and to recall customers who had previously flowed to mass retailers.

President : Young people are very interested in points and guarantees, and actively joined customers who did not have an EDION Card to join. As a result, customers increased and sales more than doubled before joining. Looking back now I made a very big decision. At the time, we struggled, but that decision might have been right for our son.

Manager : The POS system can check the stock information of all stores and warehouses all over Japan at any time. If there is no manufacturer stock, you can turn the stock at a nearby retail store or franchise store and deliver without waiting for customers. In addition, POP and price cards that were made over time are simply downloaded from the POS system and printed. The product information delivered from the headquarters can also be checked at any time, making it easier to communicate live information to customers. Conversations with customers have increased dramatically because of the reduced effort. POS system is a strong ally of our merchants.

Did changing the signboard change?


Manager : Until now, repairs were performed in-house, so I think some customers were mistaken for “repair shops”. If the cost of repairs is high, customers are often considered to buy a replacement and the customer will never return. After such a repetitive period, I had a good impression of EDION for a long time, and began to study the mechanism of EDION, and my desire for membership gradually expanded. If it changes, there is only now! I decided to change the signboard. Local shops do not have a very "cheap" image, but after joining, customers who have purchased replacements for repairs have come to purchase at our shop in a natural flow. The brand power of signboards is great. That is a big difference from before joining. We will continue to grow as a home appliance store rooted in the area with this signboard!
