We EDION Group have been working on various activities that focus on society and the environment to fulfill our social responsibility as a company, based on the idea that we want to be a "continually endeavors to support richness and abundance in our customers' lives.." What we have learned from our many years of work is that just as ripples spread when a stone is thrown into water, it is important for each of us to expand our awareness as individuals, as a company, and as members of the Earth. Now, we need to spread those ripples to the entire society through our employees and their families by doing the things that we can do as a matter of course. We believe that accumulating such steady activities is important to realizing a sustainable society.
I have always wanted to propose and provide a richer life to my customers through my business. To do this, it is important that we do not simply sell products, but rather think of ourselves as providing the value of the product, such as the enjoyment, richness, and convenience that the product brings, in other words, its "utility." Furthermore, even if the product purchased by a customer breaks down or they do not know how to use it, and it is no longer in a situation where it can be used to its fullest, we must provide excellent service and allow the customer to continue using the product in the best possible condition until the end of its lifespan, in other words, we must perform a "reliable service."
Since our founding, we have been thoroughly managing our business from the customer's perspective in order to put into practice our management philosophy of "Achieving the principle of "customer 's First" through high-quality products and reliable service." We believe that the business activities of our group, based on the practice of this management philosophy, are the very essence of "sustainability."
We will continue to work to resolve various social and environmental issues through our business, thereby contributing to the realization of a sustainable society and aiming for sustainable corporate growth and increased corporate value.

We are promoting our business activities with the aim of "strengthening sustainability management" as a means to support the sustainable growth of EDION Group and the development of our customers and other stakeholders. Specifically, by proposing energy-saving products, customers can improve their air conditioning efficiency and reduce costs, and greenhouse gas emissions are reduced, which helps to create an environmentally friendly society. We also focus on educational projects and sports promotion activities, and are engaged in social contribution activities that emphasize connections with the local community.
The source of our group's growth is people. I want to lead by example and support the growth of each and every employee who thinks independently and takes on challenges. I believe that opportunities can be created by all employees using their wisdom to innovate. Our group's strengths are "listening carefully to the voices of those in the field" and "taking on new challenges from the customer's perspective." As a service-based retailer, we will continue to put these into practice and thoroughly implement them so that we can continue to gain the peace of mind and trust of our stakeholders.
Since I joined the company, I have had the opportunity to experience customer service and store development in various regions with different cultures, which has become a major foundation for me. Taking advantage of my "hands-on approach" to understand what customers want, I will continue to think With Our Employees about "how we can make our customers smile," and will continue to conduct our corporate activities responsibly and transparently, aiming to remain a company that is needed by society.
