Reason for change
The Company, thanks to the support of its shareholders, has decided to change the shareholder benefit program in order to further enhance the attractiveness of investing in the Company's stock and promote medium- to long-term shareholding. .
The contents of change
We will change the existing gift voucher (discount voucher) to an electronic gift " EDION gift card" that can be used as a gold voucher in our group.
For shareholders who own at least one unit (100 shares) recorded in the shareholder register at the end of March every year, the program will be implemented from the shareholder special offer sent out in early June 2020.
Shareholders subject to long-term holding are recorded in the shareholder registry for at least one year (at least three consecutive times at the end of March and the end of September) with the same shareholder number starting on March 31, 2020. Shareholders who own more than one share will receive the preferential treatment amount from the preferential treatment sent out in early June 2021.
