From March 2017, the Company and Aplus Co., Ltd., a group company of Shinsei Bank, Ltd. (Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President and Representative Director Hideyuki Kudo), and Tokyo Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President Akira Watanabe We have signed a contract to use WeChat Pay, a mobile payment service for Chinese, and started handling WeChat Pay.
Going forward, by improving the convenience of foreign visitors to Japan, we will further promote purchasing and work to increase inbound consumption.
WeChat Pay is a service that allows customers to make payments simply by presenting a QR code using WeChat (WeChat), the most popular smartphone SNS application in China, and is used by about 400 million people. It is the hottest service in China, where the mobile payment market is increasing year by year.
