Please tell us why you decided to join.
President : When I first heard about the membership, I couldn't make a decision because the area was small and I didn't think it would be good to change the sign. However, the number of customers ordering products other than the manufacturer's affiliated products and the price difference with other mass retailers increased, and I felt that the management would be severe in the next few years if the current conditions were not changed. I thought it would be awful to keep the same store for my son who is training outside, so I decided to talk with my wife and join.
Please tell us what changed after joining.
President : First, I think the purchase price has become cheaper. In the case of manufacturers, the rebate differs depending on the purchase price, so the purchase price increased, especially after sales became severe. EDION is happy because the purchase price does not change even if you order one product. And young customers came to come. At the time of the open sale, everyone from the town received very warm support.
I want customers to sell "good things" and be pleased.
Could you tell us if you have any commitment from the president?
President : It's not something we are particular about, but it's about selling "good things" to our customers and making them happy. I'm glad I became an EDION and now I can do that.
Do you like being a member?
President : President: I think it was very good. A store that has been close since the era of the manufacturer affiliated has joined EDION and introduced our store to EDION This was a good opportunity to join. From then on, I felt that things were improving and I was really glad to join again.
