■ What is Paralym Art?

Paralym Art is an initiative led by the Organization for the Promotion of Independence of Persons with Disabilities, which promotes the social participation and economic independence of persons with disabilities, with the aim of ``creating a world where people with disabilities can realize their dreams through art.'' We work as a team with artists with disabilities and do not rely on social security funds, but instead provide support through the continuous cooperation of private companies and individuals.
We support the independence of people with disabilities by disseminating paintings and designs drawn by artists to many people, and by providing artists with compensation based on their usage.

Supporting the next generation of education

Robot programming education

We believe that nurturing the next generation of children who will lead the future is a very important initiative in realizing a sustainable society. Our education business started from our desire to contribute to nurturing children who can not only acquire knowledge and skills, but also learn and practice creative ways of thinking independently. We believe that our business activities will contribute to society as well as nurturing children.

With programming education set to become compulsory in elementary and junior high schools in 2020, we are providing a variety of programming education opportunities. In addition to promoting education that is closely tied to the local community, such as holding various events that parents and children can enjoy together, we are also developing programming teaching materials through joint research with universities and various companies.

Our subsidiary Yumemiru Co., Ltd. operates a robot programming school called "Robodan," which is also working on projects to develop teaching materials in collaboration with other companies, holding programming experience sessions using jointly developed content, and holding classes, among other initiatives to help children feel closer to society and understand how the world works. We will continue to support educational support activities in collaboration with various local governments, schools, and organizations with the aim of developing ICT talent and promoting local areas.
