エディオングループでは、内部通報窓口を設置しております。また、通報者の秘密・匿名性を確保し通報しやすい環境を整備するために、労働組合や弁護士事務所とも連携しております。通報制度では、些細な相談でも可としており、社内の嫌がらせ・セクシュアルハラスメント・パワーハラスメント、人間関係の悩み等の相談や障害者への差別的対応・合理的配慮に関する内容、法令違反、不祥事等を幅広く受け付けています。加えて、ステークホルダー全般にわたる幅広い人権侵害の苦情、通報を受け付けるため、通報者のプライバシーに配慮し、通報者および勤務先の不利益な取り扱いがないよう、外部の第三者である弁護士事務所を窓口とする通報窓口を設置し、リスク低減を実施しております。

Anti-corruption Initiatives
EDION Group declares that it will comply with laws, regulations and business practices related to commercial transactions in the EDION Group Code of Ethics, which sets out the standards of behavior that all executives and employees must follow. Based on this policy, we have established prevention regulations that prohibit bribery of public officials and corruption through agents, as well as guidelines that set out check procedures as preventive measures. In accordance with these regulations and guidelines, we have established a system that enables early detection and correction of problematic behavior. In the unlikely event that an executive of our company commits an act that constitutes corrupt behavior, we will promptly address and correct the act, and if necessary, review the content of our efforts to prevent recurrence. There were no violations of laws and regulations or fines or penalties related to corruption prevention in fiscal 2023.

Risk Management System
We have established a Risk Management Committee as a crisis management headquarters, which covers the thorough implementation of the Code of Ethics, compliance, and emergency response policies (BCP, etc.). The Risk Management Committee is chaired by the director in charge of general affairs, and consists of members appointed by the chairman, such as those in charge of general affairs, human resources, and internal audits. The committee meets once a quarter and comprehensively manages the risks surrounding the group companies.
