About unauthorized access using our “EDION App”

This time, it was discovered that unauthorized access was performed by an unknown third party to the EDION App operated by the Company, and EDION points were used illegally.

As a result of our internal investigation, we have not found any fact that our server has been attacked from the outside or our customer's ID / password, credit card information or other personal information has been leaked. It is probable that the ID and password used for this unauthorized access were obtained by a third party illegally.

本件につきましては、現在事実関係の調査を行っております。関係行政機関等への届出をし、調査に全面的に協力をしております。

We ask our customers to change their ID and password regularly.
