EDION Card member, you can use the purchased product for a long time with peace of mind with a long-term repair warranty of 5 to 10 years when you purchase a designated product of 5,500 yen (tax included) or more. In addition, we guarantee a wide range of target products, including over 100 varieties.
* Products covered by the warranty for home appliances are designated products with a manufacturer's warranty of one year or more for 5,500 yen (tax included) or more.
* Products covered by the 5-year warranty are products designated by us.
* A 10-year long-term repair warranty for air conditioners and refrigerators with a unit price of 100,000 yen (tax included) or more. (Excluding construction costs and mounting materials)
* Some products are not covered by the warranty.
* The long-term repair warranty does not apply to products purchased through online shopping (Rakuten, amazon, Yahoo !, etc.) excluding outlet stores and EDION
