[Keynote speech: Impressions of member store participants]
Isn't our small home appliance store crushed by large-scale mass retailers on a regular basis? I'm spending a frightening feeling, and I wonder if the local consumer electronics stores will decline steadily as it is. I was worried. EDION franchised policy presentation and listening to Professor Iwasaki's keynote speech, I felt that in the coming era, the small ones will confront the big ones and the small ones will be said to "control the big ones." But you can overcome the "big"! I noticed that in this lecture. It was in my heart that there was always a need for a consumer electronics store that was unique and could not be imitated by anyone, like a small store. I felt that I was able to match my thoughts and answers, and I was listening to the story while convincing each one. I think that the existence of such needs will be a huge "strength" for franchised It should be noted that what customers want from local consumer electronics stores is completely different from what they want from large-scale mass retailers. I wondered if regional consumer electronics stores could prosper more than ever and become a small but brilliant presence, depending on how well they can be taken up and utilized in their own stores as "strengths". The regional home appliance store is not just a "retail business" that mainly sells, but a "service business" that interacts with customers through technology, specialized knowledge, and heart-to-heart communication that cannot be experienced at large stores. Can you say that?
Professor Iwasaki's talk this time was an exciting and very interesting keynote speech with lots of useful hints for local consumer electronics stores to survive in the future. I was absorbed in the lecture, and by the end I realized that I was completely a fan of the teacher. (Lol)
From now on, I would like to carry out sales activities while making use of the business tips I learned in the lecture so that I can increase the number of fans (customers) who can say "I can only buy at my store!"
